Colleges and Universities with Retail Programs

Look to colleges and universities located and based "in the backyards" of major retail powerhouse corporate headquarters. Companies strongly support colleges and students in their areas with grants and scholarships. In addition they are the "first stop" for internships and recruitment efforts.

Ohio University provides scholarships for students in their Retail Merchandising program. Students receive a world class education in retailing, merchandising, promotions and are heavily recruited by retail giants including The Limited, Gap, Federated Department Stores, Kohl's, Ann Taylor, Nordstrom's, Neiman Marcus and more.

FIT might have a donor that shares your interest and the ability to provide the grant or scholarship monies.

Federal and State Scholarships and Grants

A "must do" is to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). This will enter your grant and scholarship information into the national database, and identify additional sources.
