A national sales manager oversees a company's sales and marketing activities in a specific country. The manager meets periodically with customers and ensures that salespeople meet client requirements promptly and deliver goods on time.


Nature of the Work


A national sales manager develops and implements sales strategies, ensures the company's sales force meets quotas and provides management with periodic status reports. The sales manager also communicates with supervisors, clients and subordinates, coaches staff and solves complex problems.


Skill Set and Tools
