If you've just started your own nursing agency to cater to this target population, it's important that you learn start advertising your agency.

Instructions

1. Network with doctors. Attend luncheons, meetings, conferences and other events catered to professionals employed in the health-care field. Meet providers at these events that have elderly patients. Give them information about the services your agency provides, and encourage them to refer clients in need of your services to you.

2. Attend community health-care activities. Sign up to attend or participate in any upcoming community health-care activities. This includes health-care fairs, wellness checks and other events that allow you to advertise your nursing agency to the public.

3. Focus on your target demographic. Identify locations where elderly residents in your community gather or visit frequently. Consider community centers and buildings that house activities or programs for retirees and seniors. Develop flyers, brochures, table tents or other items to promote your business at these locations.
