1. CrazyCustomCaps.com is a really good online service for designing your own cap. They have lots of different style of caps, and a very good design studio. Also, you can buy one or many depending on whether you want to create a custom cap to support a band or buy in bulk for selling at band shows. Unfortunately Crazy Custom Caps does not have a design preview option, so you can't see what the hat looks like before you purchase the product.
2. Zazzle.com has a large amount of customizable items, including hats. The nice thing about Zazzle is that they allow you to do more than just create hats with the stock images they provide. They also allow you to upload your own pictures as well as create your own text, so if you want to make a hat for an obscure band, as long as you have a digital picture of their logo you can have it put on a hat. Zazzle also gives discounts depending on how many hats you buy, so if you're looking to sell hats as merchandise at a band's show, you can really save money by buying in bulk from Zazzle.
3. If you want to get a hat that is not a baseball or trucker cap, you can try Lids (Custom-hats.lids.com). Lids is a good website because it allows you to pick many different hats to put words and images on. They have beanies, bucket hats, stretch fit, fitted hats and many others. Unfortunately although you can make a great band hat by customizing text on the hat, Lids does not allow you to upload your own graphic for the hat.
