Market Your Mlm Business

Call your MLM prospects right away while they are still interested.

There are more ways to market your MLM, or multilevel marketing business, than ever before, especially with all the different electronic devices available. However, before you venture off on your own promoting your MLM business, check with the company for which you are marketing products. Call your sponsor to see what methods are working best for her. Your sponsor has the most to gain from your success, as she will be earning commissions from your efforts. Let your sponsor help you develop your marketing plan, especially if she is having lots of success.

Instructions

1. Contact your MLM company and order a website if it has them available. Include your website in all emails or communications when recruiting people into your MLM business.

2. Secure an 800 line for your MLM business. Order your 800 line from companies such Grasshopper.com or Ringcentral.com. Record a 2-minute message on your 800 line discussing key aspects of your MLM business. Focus on the earning potential of the business, as this is what will interest people the most. Invite people to leave a message at the end of the recording.

3. Order postcards from your MLM company or create your own. Create a headline that highlights the primary benefit of your business opportunity. Say something like, "Earn Up To $3,000 Working From Home," in your headline, for example, if this is possible with your MLM opportunity. Highlight other key benefits in the body of your postcard, including the available training tools and upline support from sponsors. Keep your postcard short and to the point. Invite people to call your 800 number on the postcard.

4. Order some MLM mailing lists of people interested in starting an MLM business, which are your key prospects. Contact the Direct Marketing Association at The-DMA.org for MLM mailing lists. Go to Leadlists.com or InfoUSA.com, two other companies that sell MLM mailing lists. Make sure you ask for cheshire labels which are the peel-n-stick variety.

5. Place the labels on your postcards and mail them out. Check your 800 line in the next three or four days for messages. Check your messages one or more times daily once they start coming in. Write down people's names and numbers.

6. Start calling your prospects back right away. Introduce yourself when you call, then qualify them as viable prospects. Make sure they are serious about starting a business, for example, and have the minimum funds available to get involved. Explain the MLM business briefly to people. Tell them some success stories of people who are making a part-time or full-time income with your MLM company. Invite your prospects to a live conference call which most MLM companies offer. Provide them with the phone number and pin code to the conference call, or use three-way calling to individually take them to the call yourself.

7. Ask each prospect to call you after the conference call, or just remain on the line with her. Answer all of her questions and then provide her with your website address. Give her time to read about your MLM business opportunity, then make an appointment to follow up. Arrange a three-way call with your sponsor and prospects if you need help convincing them to join your MLM company. Fax the order forms to them if they are ready to join.

8. Continue sending postcards out on a regular basis. Start with 1,000 or 2,000 and gradually mail more as your profits increase.

9. List your website with major search engines like Google, Yahoo or Lycos. Advertise with Google Adwords which can help you get a lot of exposure on the Internet. Place ads about your MLM opportunity in each city on Craiglists.org.
