New York Music Business Management Colleges

Colleges throughout New York state offer degrees in music business management.


New York has more than 400 colleges and universities in the state. Degree programs encompass a variety of fields including music business management. New York University Steinhardt


Located at Washington Square East, New York University Steinhardt offers a Master of Arts degree in music business. Coursework revolves around copyright law, concert management, artist management and music marketing. Admission requirements include writing a topical essay, submitting a resume, providing two recommendations and providing a sealed transcript. GRE testing score are not required, but the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) is required. Financial aid in the form of scholarships, loans and grants is available.

Five Towns College, located in Long Island, offers a degree in business management with a concentration in music business. Degree programs include a Bachelor of Professional Studies and Associate in Science. Course work centers on audio recording technology, managerial and administrative duties. Online as well as on-campus applications are accepted. The application processes is rolling and open to all potential students. The State University of New York - Potsdam


Located in Potsdam, The State University of New York offers comprehensive coursework leading to a degree in music business management. Coursework leading to a degree in music business management is available as major and a minor. A minor in music business management is open to all students except students currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Science in business administration program. Financial aid packages as well as loans and scholarships are available for qualifying students.
